GENERAL
Our main form of communication is via email and all emails will be attended to weekdays 10 - 7pm.
Please refrain from sending multiple emails as emails are attended to on a chronological basis and repeated emails are bumped back further and will be delayed.
We reserve the right to accept or decline orders.
Any form of misuse or misappropriation of discount codes and store credits will result in termination of your account with us.
In the event of failure of delivery, you will be liable for any charges imposed for redelivery.
Any parcels not collected or received after 3 months will be discarded and no refunds will be made.
We strive to portray accurate colours of our products but this may differ due to depiction on different screens, resolutions and/or studio lighting.
Measurements are also provided according to our production line and due to mass production, slight variances may occur. These will not be deemed as Defects.
All dates of backorders will be stated and informed should there be any unexpected delays.
Please only join if you are comfortable with the wait. All backorder orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

We protect your personal data and this data is collected and used for order-related and marketing purposes. You may choose to opt in or out of our mailing list should you choose to not receive updates from us. We reserve the right to disclose your data for legitimate purposes.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All images, videos and content on our site and official social media channels are owned exclusively by Lovelight The Label.
No form of reusing, reproducing, modifying or redistributing is allowed without prior written consent from us.
SIZING & PRODUCT
All measurements are taken with clothing laid flat on a surface to ensure accuracy. This standard method provides a precise guide of the dimensions of each product e.g. pit to pit measurements are taken from one side to the other across chest area, length is measured from shoulder to ankle length depending on garment style. The actual fit may vary due to the construction and material of our garments. As all our products are mass manufactured, there may be slight variations of measurements present.
Due to the different natures of the styles of our products, there may be slight design variations including but not limited to frayed hems, asymmetrical hemlines, rugged washes etc. All design styles will be specified on respective product descriptions for clarity. These will not be considered as defective items.
Lovelight The Label reserves the right to amend, modify, add on or cancel T&Cs at our discretion without any prior notice.
