Shipping & Delivery

Local delivery (Singapore)

All orders will be shipped within 1 - 2 working days after payment confirmation.
A shipping e-mail confirmation containing tracking information will be sent once your order has been shipped. 
All orders above S$80 will be eligible for complimentary local tracked shipping.
Shipping for orders below S$80 will be a flat rate of S$3.50 per delivery. 
Delivery time will be 1 - 3 working days after order is picked up by our courier partner.

International delivery (SEA)
Complimentary delivery for all orders to Malaysia above S$120.

All international orders (SEA) will be shipped 1 - 2 working days after payment confirmation and come with tracking.
Import taxes and duties may be incurred depending on the regulations of your country, and these shall be borne by you.

International delivery (All other countries)

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express and come with tracking.
All orders will be shipped 1 - 2 working days after payment confirmation.
Import taxes and duties may be incurred depending on the regulations of your country, and these shall be borne by you.

Shipping for orders with both in stock and backorder items (Singapore)
If your order consists of both in stock and backorder items and is above S$80, you will enjoy
x2 complimentary tracked shipping (in stock item(s) first, followed by backorder item(s) when they arrive). 

For international shipping with both in stock and backorder items, items will only be shipped when backorder items have arrived and orders are completed.

Backorder Delivery

All backorder items will be shipped out within 2 - 3 working days once they arrive at our warehouse.
A delivery e-mail confirmation will be sent when orders are shipped out.
