Returns & Exchanges

For all matters pertaining to returns and exchanges, please email returns@lovelightthelabel.com your order confirmation and we will advise accordingly.
EXCHANGES
We offer a one-time size exchange for all regular priced orders within 7 days of receipt. Please email us with your exchange requests.
Upon confirmation, please mail back your item(s) with a trackable delivery method along with original order information in your package.
Please also inform us once you have done so and reply to our confirmation with the tracking details of your parcel.
Allow 2 - 3 working days for any exchange requests to be processed.
A handling fee of S$4 will be incurred for all exchange requests.
CRITERIA
A one-time size exchange per order is applicable to regular priced orders only.
Exchanges are not valid for orders placed using discount codes, store credits or during sale periods.
All items must be received in original condition – brand new, unwashed, unworn, unscented, and with original Lovelight packaging and tags intact.
Exchanges are only confirmed after our email acknowledgement.
Item(s) must be mailed back to us within 7 days from our acknowledgement, with a trackable postage method for verification purposes, along with your order number.
Strictly no extensions allowed, we highly encourage any requests for exchanges to be within the stipulated time frame.
We reserve the right to reject any exchanges that do not meet the requirements stated.
Any mailing charges incurred from a rejected exchange request will be borne by you. 
RETURNS
Return requests must be e-mailed to us within 7 days of receipt. 
Only 1 return request is allowed per order.
Thereafter, upon our confirmation, please mail back your item(s) with a trackable delivery method along with original order information in your package.
Please also inform us once you have done so and reply to our confirmation with the tracking details of your parcel.
Allow 2 - 3 working days for returns to be processed.
Once we have processed your return, you will receive an e-mail containing the refund of original item price(s) in store credits. 
A handling fee of S$2 will be deducted from store credits issued for all return requests.

Returns are only issued via store credits. Validity of store credits is 6 months from date of issue.

INCORRECT / DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We sincerely apologize for any incorrect or defective items received.
In the event of such occurrences, please email us within 7 days of receipt with images of the item.
Upon our confirmation, a courier will be scheduled to pick up item(s) from you.
Please ensure that items are still in original condition received – brand new, unwashed, unworn, unscented, and with original Lovelight packaging and tags intact. 
A one-to-one exchange will be done if item is still available. Else, a refund may be issued.
