All discount codes must be utilized within the specified time frames for each respective use and cannot be applied on orders that have been placed prior.
Discount codes are not stackable and not applicable for selected collections communicated at time of order and gift cards.

All store credits are valid for 1 year from time of issue.
For usage, log into your account, access the code under Loyalty Rewards page and apply at checkout.
Store credits are tagged to each individual account and are non refundable or transferable.
Store credits cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
Store credits can be used partially or in full amounts, and are stackable with discount codes.
GIFT CARDS
All gift cards are valid for 6 months from time of issue.
Gift cards are not refundable, transferable or extendable.
Gift cards cannot be purchased with store credits or discount codes.
BACKORDERS
Products under backorder are out of stock at the moment and are being replenished due to popular demand.
A wait time is therefore enforced and will be stated clearly under each respective product page and/or our Backorder page.
To place a successful backorder order, payment must be received by us.
Due to production time and demand, unexpected delays out of our control may occur.
We do our best to ensure that all backorders meet their expected arrival time, and rest be assured that you will be notified in case of any unforeseen delays.
